Our products and services
Thomas Family Ventures builds and operates consumer software and e-commerce products, including the MerchHoster merchandise platform and mobile applications. Individual products may publish their own terms of service; where they do, those product terms control for that product, and these terms fill any gaps.
Purchases and billing
- All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly noted otherwise.
- Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe); we do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Charges may appear on your statement under the relevant product's brand name or "Thomas Family Ventures LLC."
- Refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our sites or services — including attempting to disrupt them, access them by automated means for abusive purposes, infringe others' intellectual property through them, or use them for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and software on this site and in our products are owned by Thomas Family Ventures LLC or our licensors. Content you create or upload through our products (such as designs on a merchandise store) remains yours; you grant us only the license needed to provide the service, such as printing and fulfilling your orders.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
